Here's Why People Think Sandra Bullock Underwent Plastic Surgery

You know how some people look younger just as they get older? Well, to name some, celebrities such as Jennifer Anniston,Jennifer Lopez, Ellen DeGeneres, and Halle Berry look way younger than they actually are.

And adding to that list, is our very own Oscar-Winner, Sandra Bullock who is 55 but still looks 30! However, it's no surprise that people (not her fans, of course) presumed that she had undergone plastic surgery given that she still looks as beautiful as she did in Miss Congeniality.

In 2018, Bullock appeared in Oscars, looking as stunning as ever wearing a dress designed by Louis Vuitton but some people had noticed that her face appeared a bit more round than usual. Considering that many celebrities subject themselves to therapies and surgeries before their big event, they thought that the mother of two had done the same. But did she really?

The Inquisitr spoke to Dr. Matthew Schulman who is a board-certified plastic surgeon in New York City, and he conjectured that Bullock may have done some fillers before the big event.

"Sandra looks great. Keep in mind that she is 53 years old! Her cheeks look round, but not overly full. This was likely achieved using a temporary injectable filler such as Restylane, Juvederm, or Radiesse.  Sandra has a naturally narrow face, and during the normal aging process, the cheeks can become more flat. Therefore, injecting filler into the cheeks is often a really good way of rejuvenating the appearance." Dr. Schulman went on to explain. "Temporary fillers typically last between 9 [and] 14 months and can cost anywhere from $1000-3000, depending on the amount of product required."

Now, let's see what the Gravity star has to say regarding it.

"This past Oscars, I was sick and had allergies, but I was like, 'I'm just going to go.' It's part of my job, and I'm happy to be there," Bullock said. "Then the next day they were saying, 'Oh, she has cheek fillers and implants.' When I saw the photos and how swollen I was, I got it. But I was like, 'Well, if I did injections, I only got them on the top,' which was not very good."

Bullock revealed that she was upset by the assumption taking into account that she has always been diffident on walking the red carpet.

"I am affected by it because I don't feel confident when I dress up and go on the red carpet," She said. "I'm not that person who knows how to work it. I try to channel Beyonce. I do the same pose every time."

Bullock also added that she tries not to overreact the judgments made about her but if it comes to her children, then she definitely won't keep quiet about it.

"I try not to dread that kind of  stuff, but I do get incensed and think, How can they write this?' But now I've distilled it into, 'If you eff with my kids and you do something illegal, I will go after you.' It's that simple."

Well, she made it clear now that she didn't go through any injections or needles. But what really is the secret to her anti-aging beauty? Guess we will have to dig deeper into that.
